Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of repair services provided by REELENTLESS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”), operating under the brand “iFixiCare”. By booking a repair or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

  • “User” / “Customer” means the person booking or receiving the repair service.
  • “Device” means the smartphone or electronic device submitted for repair.
  • “Services” means the repair, diagnosis, and related services provided by the Company.
  • “Part” means any component fitted or replaced during the repair.
  • “Order” means the booking made by the User for a repair.

Service Scope

The Company provides doorstep and workshop-based phone repair services. Repairs are performed by trained technicians using tested parts. The scope of each repair is governed by the invoice/job sheet issued for the relevant Order.

Booking & Availability

  • Bookings can be made through our website or booking portal.
  • Doorstep service is currently available in Gurugram and select areas.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change based on diagnostic findings.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Company may offer EMI or “fix now, pay later” options at its discretion.

Parts & Quality

The Company uses OEM-grade and quality-tested parts. Certain parts may display software messages such as “Used Part” or “Unknown Part” in iPhone devices. This is a software-level notification and does not indicate faulty performance.

Warranty

Repairs are backed by a limited warranty as set out in our Warranty Policy and the Warranty Matrix. Warranty periods and conditions vary by repair type.

Data & Privacy

The User acknowledges that performance of Services may involve access to data stored on the Device. The Company does not guarantee that data, software, or configurations will be preserved or recoverable after Services, except where loss arises due to the Company’s wilful misconduct. Users are advised to back up all data before submitting the Device.

Personal and diagnostic data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Make the Device available for inspection and repair at the scheduled time and location.
  • Back up all data and remove SIM/memory cards/covers not required before repair.
  • Disable security or tracking features that prevent diagnostics, or provide temporary access codes as required.
  • Do not attempt third-party repairs during the warranty period before the Company inspects the Device.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, speculative, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

The Company’s aggregate liability for all claims connected with a specific service shall not exceed the total fees (excluding taxes) actually paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per the Company’s refund policy. “No fix, no fee” applies to specific assessment or workshop cases as indicated in the Warranty Matrix.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by the Company remain the property of the Company. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Company materials without written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend or update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date will be updated on publication.
